Dental and Vision Insurance
You and your eligible dependents may enroll for coverage, effective the month after your employment starts, and there is NO cost to the employee. Both dental and vision are offered within a PPO network.
Basic Life Insurance
Carrizo provides group life insurance up to 2 times your annual base salary and again, at NO cost to the employee.
Carrizo offers a long-term disability benefit that provides eligible employees with income protection for an injury or illness that extends beyond 90 days. This is a company-paid premium with a benefit of up to 60% of your weekly earnings in the case of a disability.
Our Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit is offered to our benefit-eligible employees, at NO cost to the employee.
Carrizo offers a 401(k) savings plan in which you can enroll and defer before-and/or-after tax contributions. The company matches 100% of the first 5% of employee contributions and employees are fully vested after five years.

This IRS-regulated benefit provides the option of deferring pre-tax dollars towards qualifying and unreimbursable out-of-pocket medical expenses, up to $4800 and dependent childcare expenses.
